Wendy is the Human Resources Manager at Gooding Partners, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM) within the firm, including organisational structure and strategy, recruitment, policy and process documentation, performance management and coaching and training people.
Wendy offers her consulting services to clients who require access to high-level human resources knowledge and insights. With an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by private and family-owned business structures, Wendy is able to work with business owners and managers to develop and deliver company focused people management solutions quickly and efficiently.
Some of the HRM areas that Wendy has particular expertise include payroll management and HRIS implementation, award interpretation, workplace relations, DiSC Advanced behavioural profiling, policy and procedure development, recruitment, induction and performance management systems. She is also an accomplished trainer and presenter, facilitating management and leadership courses locally, interstate and overseas.
Wendy is a member of the Australian HR Institure (AHRI) and is dedicated to making a lasting difference within each organisation that she works with.
In her spare time, Wendy is an active member at a number of sporting clubs.
