Wendy is the Human Resources Manager at Gooding Partners, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resouces Management (HRM) within the firm, including policy and process documentation, performance management and coaching, training and facilitating staff inductions.
Wendy has a specialist focus on People and Culture and offers her consulting services to clients who require access to high-level human resources knowledge and insights. With an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by private and family-owned business structures, Wendy is able to work with business owners and managers to develop and deliver company focused people management solutions quickly and efficiently.
Some of the HRM areas that Wendy has particular expertise includes payroll management and HRIS implementation, award interpretation, EBA negotiations, workplace relations, DiSC Advanced behavioural profiling, policy and procedure development, induction and performance management systems. She is also an accomplished trainer and presenter, facilitating manager and leadership courses both locally, interstate and overseas.
